SANTIAGO, CHILE, 6 October, 2015 – Aquarion Group (Aquarion AG), a leading provider of advanced water systems, solutions and technologies around the world, has established a branch office in Santiago, Chile to serve the growing South American water treatment market.

Aquarion Group offers integral and sophisticated solutions and services for the mining sector (process water, wastewater treatment, recycling & reuse, recovery of valuables) and other industries such as power generation, oil & gas, pulp & paper, food & beverage, petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. Aquarion Group plans to progressively increase its presence in Chile and will work with local manufacturing and services providers to deliver its systems.

Aquarion Group’s portfolio includes innovative acid mine drainage (AMD) and AMD recycle/reuse technologies and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems for the mining and other sectors.
