ZURICH, 16 October, 2018 –Aquarion Group, a leading provider of advanced water treatment solutions and technologies for the oil & gas industry, the energy sector and other process industries, has established a new Products and Equipment Division. Called Aquarion Products, the new division will be run as a standalone entity, enabling Aquarion Group to market its products and equipment directly to OEMs and end-users around the world, independently from its solutions business that is now consolidated under H+E Group.

ZURICH, 22 August, 2018 –Aquarion Group, a leading provider of advanced water systems, solutions and technologies for the oil & gas industry, the energy sector and other process industries,announces that H+E MFT in Cologne, Germany, has been awarded a project for design, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of a water treatment plant in Saudi Arabia. The plant, which will supply approximately 50,000 m3/day of drinking water to a customer in the utilities sector, consists of six production lines and a total of 42 modularized containers housing the water treatment system with integrated Zero Liquid Discharge.

A senior board appointment within the group, Paul will be responsible for all global sales and business development activities to build a commercial platform to deliver profitable business growth. The company’s first CSO, he will be based at H+E’s headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany.

AQUARION GROUP CONSOLIDATES GLOBAL SOLUTIONS BUSINESS UNDER H + E GROUP

ZURICH, 8 June, 2018 – Aquarion Group, a leading provider of advanced water treatment solutions and technologies for industry, announces that it has integrated all its operating companies under H + E Group. This move enables Aquarion, which recently received funding of more than 15 million Euros from the Sustainable Growth Fund, to strengthen and streamline its EPC business and accelerate its plan to become one of the world’s leading water treatment companies. Aquarion’s other group companies, including MFT GmbH (Membran-Filtrations-Technik), GEMWATER s.r.l. and H2Oil & Gas, will be part of H + E Group. All these companies will be rebranded as H + E. The former H2Oil & Gas will be the leading company of H + E Group’s oil & gas division.

ZURICH, 5 April 2018 – Sustainable Growth Fund (“SGF”), a Convertible Loan Note provider, has signed a deal with Aquarion AG (Aquarion Group) in which Aquarion will get funding of 15 million Euros to accelerate its growth. The funds will be used for project financing and working capital but predominantly to fund acquisitions to increase Aquarion Group’s revenues to more than 100 million Euros and achieve an EBITDA margin of more than 10%.

MFT INTRODUCES CONTAINERIZED DESALINATION SYSTEMS POWERED BY RENEWABLE ENERGY

COLOGNE, Germany, 30 January 2018 – Membran-Filtrations-Technik GmbH (MFT), an Aquarion Group company, has introduced containerized desalination systems for producing drinking water from either seawater or brackish water. The MFT RO 100 Desalination System is powered with only wind and solar energy, which is stored in lithium-ion batteries and has a capacity of up to 120 l/h drinking water output. The energy sources are 7,5KWp PV and 350W Wind turbine. The MFT RO 100 Desalination System is ideal for low-power decentralized applications in remote locations where the energy supply is scarce.
